Creating an account uses your email address, password and an optional name. Google sign-in uses the account information provided by Google. The app stores your profile, practice progress, completion dates and journal notes.

If you choose reminders, the app stores your chosen time, timezone, practice intention and generated reminder messages. Contact messages store your name, email, message and notification status.

Your information supports sign-in, saving your practice, showing your journal, generating optional personalized reminders and responding to messages. Account emails include confirmation and welcome messages.

Journal entries are not displayed as public content. Avoid entering sensitive medical information in your journal, intention or contact messages.

Lovable Cloud provides account and data services. Managed email services process addresses and message content for account emails and contact notifications. When you request personalized reminders, your practice intention and the daily themes are sent through Lovable's AI service to generate messages; your journal notes are not part of that reminder request.

Hosting and analytics services process technical information such as pages visited, device type and referral source to operate the site and understand usage. Your browser stores sign-in information so you can stay signed in.

You can update your practice intention and reminder settings in the app, or sign out. To request access, correction or deletion of your account information, email hellobreatheandbecome@gmail.com. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you before acting.

Information remains in the service while needed for your account or to handle your message. Retention periods, processing locations and any rights specific to your location can be discussed through the same contact address.
